The NAELB ^SM   is not affiliated or associated with any of the merchants in the online shopping mall and disclaims any and all liability for the representation of, condition of or satisfaction with the products purchased. Any disputes between a member and the product vendor are to be resolved between the member and the product vendor and by use of the online shopping mall, the member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the NAELB for all demands, suits, claims or any causes of action whatsoever relating to the products or services purchased in the online shopping mall.
